  • Spearheaded a qualitative project recommending data tool and metric streamlining strategies, supporting automation, data literacy, and enhanced data visualization among a team of stakeholders using interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards.

  • Designed and presented impact reports and slide decks documenting the Learning and Development team's current metrics and goals.
